Talented, optimistic, endlessly enthusiastic and with a can-do attitude that is a lesson to us all at every level. What is invaluable is that his approach to doing business influences everyone around him.
“For the trainee it creates a truly positive atmosphere and a great learning environment, for fellow instructors it offers an exemplar approach to pro-active delivery of flying training, for myself and the wider Ascent team it shows what is achievable from within resource with the right attitude motivating all to strive for more, and for the customer it demonstrates the quality of people and that point of difference Ascent brings to training delivery.
“Overall, Mossy’s contribution to output alone is well worthy of recognition; however, this, twinned with his boundless enthusiasm and positive attitude and overall wider contribution this year, makes Mossy an easy choice to receive the 2024 General Manager’s Award.”
