Ascent is an equal opportunities employer, and as part of our diversity and inclusion drive we have enhanced our family friendly policies from 1stJuly 2019. We now offer company maternity and paternity pay to all employees with over 2 years' service.
Employees that are eligible for enhanced maternity pay will receive full pay for 50% of their maternity leave (26 weeks). Employees that are eligible for enhanced paternity pay will receive full pay for the duration of their paternity leave (2 weeks).
