Welcoming Deputy MD

We are delighted to welcome Adam Clink to the Ascent Leadership Team, as Deputy Managing Director.

Adam brings a wealth of experience in military aviation to the business, having served for 26 years in the Royal Navy. He worked initially as a Sea Harrier and Harrier GR-9 pilot, before holding various staff roles in the MOD, Navy and Air Command related to the UK’s Carrier Strike capability, the F-35 and flying training.

Before leaving the Royal Navy, Adam served as the Deputy Force Commander of the UK’s F-35 Force at RAF Marham. He moved to Lockheed Martin in 2019, as Head of Strategic Engagement for Maritime capabilities, and most recently has occupied the role of Chief of Staff for Europe.
