Congratulations to Simon Jose, Culdrose Ops Scheduler, who has completed his Level 3 Apprenticeship in Transformational Leadership.
The course included a variety of online training and work book entries, focusing on four key areas: Transforming Self, Transforming Relationships, Transformation Leadership and Transforming Business. Simon also undertook and provided coaching sessions and situation simulations.
Simon took on around 458 hours work for this apprenticeship and we are delighted that he is adding to his personal development and excited to see what his new-found knowledge will bring to the business.
