International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a global annual event, commemorating the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women – a time for women to take stock and amplify their collective voice.

As a business operating in the defence industry space, we are aware of a gender imbalance. Ascent’s current gender make up is 21% female employees and we are working hard to increase this to 30% by 2030, providing improved opportunities and breaking down biases.
