Working in partnership with our customers to understand their requirements, we create bespoke programmes using a full range of integrated training solutions from classroom teaching, simulators, virtual reality environments to live flying.

We use a global network of partners to provide a complete programme including building and equipping training centres, developing courseware, procuring aircraft and all equipment, and providing the trainers.
Whilst we are uniquely positioned to work with military organisations by providing ex-military training experts, our experience and flexible approach is equally applicable to designing and delivering civilian flying training programmes for public safety organisations such as police, air ambulance, coastguard and mountain rescue.

World class aircrew deserve the best flying training experience, so we undertake a comprehensive needs analysis together with our customer to fully understand their requirements. We will recommend solutions using leading edge technology to meet the customer’s specific needs, appreciating that the world is changing at a significant pace and our solution designs will build in capability to respond to these.
Implementation & Certification
All training is conducted in line with both military and civilian aviation authority standards and is fully certified as safe and fit for purpose.
Training Delivery
Training services are delivered to the performance, time and cost criteria agreed with our customer, through our highly experienced team of both military and civilian instructors who have over 400,000 hours of flying.
A flexible combination of classroom, simulator training and in-air training can be provided using customised training materials developed by our team of dedicated media specialists. This continually evolves in response to customer needs to ensure aircrew are trained for operational readiness.
Training Facilities
We have built new infrastructure at our 5 training locations including new training school buildings which accommodate state of the art flight simulators and modern classroom teaching facilities and IT resources.
