Our teams across the UK have been celebrating our new £300m Future ISTAR Rear Crew Training System (FIRCTS) contract in style – cupcake style!
While spread out across the country, our teams have been united in their support for the new contract, which will bring substantial advances to training at RNAS Culdrose and RAF Cranwell.
The FIRCTS programme is part of a continuing investment by Ascent in local economies in Cornwall, Lincolnshire and Bristol and will result in a four-fold increase in critically important mission aircrew trainees for the Royal Navy and RAF, delivering the latest training advances to mission aircrews to meet growing ISTAR and UAS demands of the military frontline.
