Booking of diversion airfield and advising Air Traffic Control and engineers of changes to the flying programme. Checking and displaying NOTAMs throughout the day. Assisting pilots in using the Mission Planning System for planning and debriefing. Closing up the Ops Support building each evening, ensuring computer systems are updated and cross-checking paper and electronic authorization sheets to ensure are 100% correct.
