Reporting to the Deputy MD, this position provides leadership and guidance to the organization in the best practice implementation of Project Controls and Planning. This role is responsible for the maintenance and onward development of common working practices in Planning and Controls across the organization, aiming to ensure that a singular source of truth is established across the organization, including facilitating a collaborative process with our customer across the UKMFTS Ascent programmes.
Focusing on schedule quality and adherence at a project level, alongside interdependency management at a portfolio level, this role is a key facilitator in the integration of project and programme data to highlight areas of risk and uncertainty in a proactive manner, enabling the organization to make effective and targeted decisions.
