You will work within an integrated courseware delivery and maintenance team with responsibility for developing, producing, updating and maintaining high quality interactive learning content that will include material for Computer Aided Instruction (CAI), Computer Based Training (CBT) and Flight Guides.
You will support courseware delivery through the production of accurate lesson information data for a Training Management Information System (TMIS) and the provision of supporting documentation (including I Spec, A Spec, FTS and Summaries).
The position will involve working closely (internally and externally) with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Technical Specialists to maintain and deliver high quality courseware. Ultimately the successful candidate will be supporting the delivery of world class flying training for the UK Armed Forces.
